Build your strength! Especially your core. Sling, sometimes called hammock, is a fun way to build your strength, stamina and improve flexibility! The sling is a long piece of smooth, slightly elastic silk-like fabric that is hung from the ceiling. It offers excellent support as you learn to perform stunning acrobatic tricks.
Pole Flow is a class where you can let your inner queen emerge. Learning to literally flow around the pole (which helps for performances and routines), we encourage you to have fun, learn to move your body to the music, wear heels and unleash your creativity! It's a perfect supplementary class to pole and you'll be a pole goddess in no time!
Stretch & Flexibility
The perfect supplement to your pole and lyra practice, in this class we work on strengthening, lengthening and bending for splits, backbends and shoulder mobility.

Strengthen, tone and shape! This fun, high energy class is the perfect way to condition and strengthen for your aerial practice or simply burn calories and get into shape. We make use of bands, blocks and body weight.
No prerequisite level of fitness.

BYO Baby classes allow for tag-alongs under 5 to come along and we work around the joys of little ones! We have a Beginner Pole, Arms Abs & Booty, Stretch and Yoga class available for our amazing mummas!
This is a free class for students on membership to come in and put into practice what they’ve been learning. There will be an instructor floating around, but no formal class delivered. There is a small charge for casual and concession card students.
